Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out when in stock.
  • International orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.
  • We will select the best carrier for standard shipping based on your address which is typically USPS or UPS Ground.
  • You will receive an email when your order ships.
  • Some products drop ship from the manufacturer.
  • If a product is back ordered or delayed at the manufacturer we will notify you as soon as the manufacturer informs us. Depending on the manufacturer it could be 1-2 weeks after your initial order was placed.
  • Free shipping promotions - Some promotions offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S., APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We will select the best carrier for standard shipping based on your address. Free shipping is not valid with express options or international orders.
  • We charge your account at the time of your checkout--NOT when we ship the products!





  • Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at 
  • Free shipping on exchanges with prior approval & Return Authorization Numbers! If you return an item in exchange for another product, we will ship the new product to you free of charge within the Continental U.S., APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
  • IMPORTANT - Without a return authorization number you may not qualify for your return, exchange or free exchange shipping and could incur a $25 restocking fee plus additional shipping charges!





  • Please email for approval.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of date received.
    • Holiday orders placed during December can be returned until the following Feb 1st.
  • Items(s) must be returned in the exact same condition as received. Item(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
    • A $25 replacement box fee will be assessed on damaged items.
  • Allow 1-2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent when the return or exchange is processed.





  • will work directly with the Manufacturer and attempt to replace any defective products completely free of charge.
  • However, each manufacturer has a different exchange policy so please contact us for complete instructions based on your product.



  • If the order hasn’t fully processed and shipped you may cancel or modify your order free of charge. So please email us ASAP at to update or cancel your order.
  • There is a $25 restocking fee for cancellations or modifications on orders that have already processed and shipped.
